In a bid to attract fans and enhance the match-day experience for supporters, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced that it would provide free Iftar for those attending the second semifinal of the ICC Champions Trophy between New Zealand and South Africa at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, on Wednesday.
Those with valid match tickets will receive an Iftar box reportedly containing dates, juice, and a mini pizza. This initiative aims to improve the match-day experience for attendees who are fasting during Ramadan.
Free Iftar and food and drinks will be available for purchase at the stadium's food stalls. The semifinal match will start at 2:00 p.m., and Iftar will take place at 6:05 p.m.
