In a video that seems like a leak from an ad shoot, Sanju Samson can be seen interacting with MS Dhoni. The Rajasthan Royals captain then said a few words that might have hinted that Dhoni could retire at the end of IPL 2025. "Aapke IPL se jaane se pehle (Before you leave IPL)," Sanju said before the video seemed to be abruptly over.

Dhoni's future will once again be a burning question heading in the 2025 IPL. With just a few days to go for the tournament to begin, the five-time IPL-winning skipper's T-Shirt has ignited retirement discussions. Social media users were quick to decipher that a Morse code inscribed over Dhoni's apparel meant 'One Last Time.' Many social media users wondered if the CSK star hinted at retirement at the 2025 season end.

MS Dhoni To Play As Uncapped Player

MS Dhoni last played a game for India in the 2019 World Cup semi-final, and announced his retirement in 2020. Hence, ithas been more than 5 years since he retired. The BCCI brought back a rule wherein a player who last played for India five years ago, can be termed as an uncapped player. Hence, he was retained by CSK for a price of Rs 4 crore.
