Kohli was struggling for runs but he looked at his vintage best and decimated the Pakistan attack to lead India to victory. Kohli would look to continue the form against New Zealand on March 2 at the Dubai International Stadium.
If Kohli plays another good innings, he can break a few records in the ICC Champions Trophy. Kohli has scored one hundred and five fifties in the ICC Champions Trophy and he if can get one more fifty to his tally, he will become the first player to score seven fifty-plus scores in the ICC Champions Trophy.

Shikhar Dhawan 6 3/3
Sourav Ganguly 6 3/3
Rahul Dravid 6 0/6

Virat Kohli can also break the record for most runs in the ICC Champions Trophy. The record is currently held by Shikhar Dhawan who scored 690 runs in 10 matches. Virat Kohli has scored 651 runs in the tournament so far and he needs another 52 runs to topple Dhawan and take the top spot.
Meanwhile, India and New Zealand have already qualified for the semifinal, but there is still plenty at stake for both teams as the winner of the match will take the top position in Group A.
According to media reports, India can rest Rohit Sharma from the XI for the New Zealand clash. Rohit struggled with a hamstring problem in the Pakistan clash and did not train with intensity during the practice session, fueling speculations that he may be rested for the New Zealand clash. If Rohit is rested, Shubman Gill will lead India against New Zealand.
