Star Indian shooter, Manu Bhaker is enjoying some much-needed time off after her stellar campaign at the Paris 2024 Olympics. After bagging two bronze medals at the quadrennial event, she has shot up to fame with the shooter being one of the most popular sporting personalities within the country.
The 22-year-old revealed what she likes to do in her time off on Instagram’s official account on the platform which includes a wide range of things from spending time with her family to her artistic abilities which keeps her focus in check during the off-season.
One of the things she likes to do in her time off the shooting range is to spend time with her mother. Bhaker went on to praise the efforts of her mother who has protected her from the various challenges that life presents.
“She’s the one that has protected me from everything. She’s like a shielding wall,” Bhaker commented.
Additionally, she also revealed her interest in collecting items that could serve as a bookmark for her diary. She also revealed her artistic abilities where she enjoys sketching in her diary and also shade in her drawings.
Another big part of her life is her friends. Bhaker in the video expressed her confusion when seeing others who have a large friend circle. The Indian shooter, however, has the time for a very small circle of two friends whom she sees as the most important.
She also indulges in some yoga to keep her mind at ease and her focus in tip-top shape which will go on and assist her in competition where it is necessary to be zoned in against the other shooters who will also be in their best condition both physically and mentally.

Bhaker also suggested that her artistic hobbies help with her focus and also help increase her patience which can prove to be a handy asset when it comes to the sporting side of things.
She also enjoys some downtime in the garden area where she can be seen having a cup of coffee to help calm down the nerves during the off-season.
