After a roller-coaster 2024, the Indian men's cricket team faces a daunting 2025, which will kickstart in Australia with the Rohit Sharma-led side facing a must-win clash in order to retain the Border-Gavaskar Trophy (BGT) and reach the World Test Championship (WTC) final.
The 2025 Champions Trophy will be the highlight of the year while the Asian giants will travel to England for a marquee five-match Test series. The world champions are also scheduled to host the Asia Cup and will aim to win the continental showpiece event in the T20 format for the first time since 2016.
